Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order for a full refund until the order is picked up for delivery. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at office@themillet.co and provide their order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a cancellation request is made before the order is picked up for delivery, a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take 30 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns. However, if a customer is dissatisfied with our products, they can write an email to office@themillet.co with images clearly demonstrating the issue. Based on our discretion, we may accept the return or offer an exchange.

Order Status
Customers can check the status of their order via the provided tracking information. Once the order is picked up for delivery, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
